By 2030–2031, capable of entering an organisation, understanding its business and technical requirements, assessing its existing infrastructure, designing a secure hybrid/cloud architecture, leading its implementation, establishing identity and security controls, designing backup and disaster recovery, automating operations, documenting the environment, and directing the specialists required to operate it.

This site is the public build log for that goal — every architecture decision, runbook, and weekly log entry, published as the work actually happens.
